Objectives ofSK Telecom’s HR Policy

SK telecom’s HR Policy is aimed at maximizing productivity per employee through hiring, development and optimal utilization of excellent talents, and at strengthening the competitiveness of individual employees.     SK telecom has moved away from the traditional, standardized seniority-based compensation system to the one that offers employees differential compensation depending on their job value and performance.
