The Corporate Strategy Division is responsible for determining the Company’s mid- and long-term growth engines, and identifying, managing and resolving issues of strategic impact on current business affairs.

Presently, SK Telecom is making exhaustive efforts to acquire leadership in the domestic MNO market and searching out other mid- and long-term growth engines. In helping SK Telecom to achieve sustainable growth, the Corporate Strategy Division enjoys an importance second to none within the Company organization.

The work of the Corporate Strategy Division can largely be classified into separated into Company-wide Strategy, Mid- and Long-term Growth Engines, and Corporate Relations..
1.Company-wide Strategies
Setting basic strategy directions and analyzing current strategic issues arising from business operations.
2. Mid- and Long-term Growth Engines
Determining new business models and potential business models that will promote sustained growth.
3. Corporate Relations
Promoting positive relations between Company and personnel of related organizations, executing proactive CR in line with regulatory paradigm shifts, and fortifying SK Telecom’s market leadership.
