The Business Management Division establishes more precise action plans in order to implement corporate strategy, and assists all other divisions carry out their roles by leading, helping and checking. At the same time, it contributes to SK Telecom's sustained development through improvements in management systems and issue management.

The major tasks of the Business Management Division can be divided into the establishment, the execution, and the evaluation of company-wide management plans, and can be distinguished by the following.

1. KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
KPI differs from mere management goals. KPI is a comprehensive system that improves operational abilities through the combination of enterprise management goal strategy and organizational R&R, defines clear roles and responsibilities, and inspires and motivates employees. In short, KPI is a driving strategy and at the same time, a key motivational tool.
2. Resource Management
There are resources that must be utilized efficiently in meeting set KPI targets. Among them, the key one is financial, which is represented by operational budgets and investment budgets. The Business Management Team seeks the optimum resource allocation in meeting the Company's KPI targets.
3. Analysis & Evaluation of Management Performance
This is a process for analyzing and assessing how many KPI targets are achieved, how effectively resources are allocated in meeting those targets, and what other management outcomes have resulted from it. Such evaluation and evaluation is of critical importance for continued development.
4. Issue Management Improvement
Establishing KPI targets, allocating resources, and analyzing and evaluating and results are all processes governed by a comprehensive system. It is essential to establish and improve that system in order to practice operational excellence in today's rapidly changing business atmosphere.
