Raised the contribution by holding the ’Beautiful Bazaar’ which was participated in by all of SK Telecom’s employees
Donated 11.6 million won which included proceeds from 4 prominent painting collections, one of which was a work by artist Gi Chang

On the 15th of January, SK Telecom donated to the "Beautiful Foundation (www.beautifulfund.org)" 11.6 million won, which was raised by SK Telecom’s employees participating in sales at the ’Beautiful Bazaar’. ’Four notable art works, including the Gi Chang Kim painting were donated by Jung Nam Cho, vice chairman of SK Telecom.
SK Telecom employees donated a total of 2,200 items that included art works, used computers, electric goods, clothes, and books, among others. Then in December of 2003 at the new Seoul Terminal, they held the ’ Beautiful Bazaar ’ in a joint effort with SK Wyverns baseball players, and raised the 11.6 million won.
Min Rae Cho, head of SK Telecom’s Customer Relations Group, stated, "This contribution will be usefully spent in helping our unfortunate neighbors survive through the cold winter season." He also commented, " The ’Beautiful Bazaar ’was a company volunteer activity executed by employees, but SK Telecom will also actively promote and carry out a variety of Social Contribution Programs in which both the company and its customers participate together."
