The official subscription prices

We are pleased to announce the official subscription prices determined on
July 16 for shares and ADSs of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. being offered in the
current rights offering. The official subscription price to be paid by
shareholders or ADS holders exercising subscription rights in the rights
offering is Won 957,000 per share and US$9.82 per ADS.
