Facility Investment
1. facility : CDMA switching equipments, BTSs and repeaters etc.
2. amount of investment : KRW 587.8bil
3. use of proceeds : call quality improvement.

Unexercised Shares
1. unexercised shares : 5,988shares
2. fractional shares : 2,240shares
3. assignment
