The service allows 1) fee / call services such as view of fee descriptions, view of free call provisions, fees incurred, call history, etc., as well as 2) application or change of various additional services, 3) application or change of fee plans, 4) view of membership points or usage history, 5) change of billing address, etc. However, in order to protect personal information, some services such as view of call history can only be provided to e-Station members or customers that have prepared an application after visiting an agency or nearby branch.
With "M Customer Center" the customer can use customer services at any time or place of his/her convenience, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Fees incurred, free call provisions, etc. can be viewed full time, so that the customer may maintain mobile phone fees at low levels. Customers applying to M Customer Center membership are also provided with 100 free text messages each month that can be sent via e-Station (www.e-Station.com).
Customers that wish to use M Customer Center can access the center by pressing the Nate key, and information usage and calling fee is free of charge.
SK Telecom’s Managing Director and Head of the CV Business Division Hahn Bum-Shik remarked, "Users of the M Customer Center based on the VM method that opened in August of last year reached 2.5 million. Positive customer response to our mobile customer center is heightening. Along with the existing customer center (1599-0011) and cyber center (www.e-Station.com), our mobile customer center has been launched in the VM method and WAP method respectively, and we believe this will help customers resolve their problems conveniently without lead time."
